About Me
Isabel Osterhus
I discovered the world of theatre later in life through a props class I took on a whim my freshman year. Prior to that, I had never considered theatre as a major, let alone a career. However, that class became the first truly enjoyable course for me, with its hands-on, project-based material. This interest quickly evolved into working in the scene shop, taking stagecraft and costuming classes, and eventually serving as a prop master for shows.
In the meantime, I’ve also been actively pursuing my interest in Chinese. I’ve been learning the language since kindergarten, and I finished my Chinese learning while I studied abroad in Taiwan.
Traveling has been a huge passion of mine for most of my life. From camping trips with my family, to taking theatre classes in London, I love to explore new places.
